What is stored

Items, stock movements, planning changes and incoming order lines are stored in this browser profile using IndexedDB. The theme preference uses local storage. Anyone who can use this profile can access its records. This is not an authenticated or encrypted account vault.

The app does not upload your stock records or call analytics, external fonts or models. The hosting service receives ordinary page and asset requests. Downloaded exports are separate files under your control.

Backups and clearing data

Export a full workspace JSON backup regularly and before clearing browser data or changing devices. Clearing this site's browser data deletes the local records. Data tools → Clear workspace also removes the workspace after confirmation. It does not remove files you downloaded.

Restoring a validated JSON backup replaces the current device workspace after confirmation. CSV snapshots are not full backups: they omit incoming orders and prior events. Keep exported copies in a location appropriate for the information they contain.

Conflicts and failed saves

Writes check the expected saved revision. If another tab changes the workspace, the app displays a conflict instead of silently replacing newer data. If storage is unavailable or full, export the in-memory backup before using Reload saved workspace. A warning means your latest edits may not be saved.

Backups and browser data can be edited outside the app. The journal is traceable, not tamper-proof, and timestamps use this device's clock.

Supported limits

• One stock location; up to 500 items and 10,000 journal events.
• Full JSON imports up to 12 MB; item CSV imports up to 2 MB and 500 records.
• Three decimal places for quantities and two for costs.
• Maximum on-hand or incoming quantity per SKU: 999,999,999.999.
• USD, CAD, EUR, GBP and AUD; no currency or unit conversion.
• Lead times from 0 to 365 days and review intervals from 1 to 365 days.

What remains outside this preview

Accounts, team permissions, cloud backup/sync, multiple locations, reservations, backorders, provider integrations, automated purchasing, billing and paid service operations are not implemented here. Suggestions use your own assumptions; review the worked calculation and actual supplier availability before acting.

The workspace needs JavaScript. This guide and privacy page remain readable without it. Broader real-device and accessibility acceptance remains part of the product's release work.
